hello mam 4 days before I was not well so I gone through some test and scan the result are i attached my reports below kindly advise

A. It is indicating grade to fatty liver and other things are also there in the report which I really need doctors attention so talk to your doctor about it they’ll understand the entire report on that basis they can suggest you with the medication as well as the diet plan that you should follow for your good health
