AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Acidity and gas problem is common during pregnancy. So no need to worry. U can gelusil to get relief from acidity. Have banana empty stomach in the morning to get relief from gas and acidity. Take care
