hello maim , mai apne weight loose karna chahti hu..kaise karu weight loose ho hi nhi rha.

A. modify diet start walking for 30 min every day Take a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

A. Hi mom To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga, cycling, jogging, dance, gym wy etc to reduce weight . Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food
