hello madam this side pradnya I'm having two daughters of 6 months...both are twins.. since last week both of them are suffering with hevyy cold and cough... right now I'm giving them One antibiotics 3 times in day as well sinarist as well kufril 3 times a day.. even after they are not getting much relief .. so, pls advice... thanks

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor after the exact cause is diagnosed. As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syrup should be given only after a proper evaluation according to the type of cough self medication may not beof o so helpful so please consult your doctor once.
