Hello madam my 13 months old baby boy have first upper two molar teeth without three lateral incisor teeth. there is any problem madam?

A. Absolutely not ma’am though it is little unusual but honestly it is not a problem so need not worry about it as this is no definite that should come first so it’s not an issue if the child is comfortable no worries at all
