Nope Not at all it’s not safe it is not recommended to give gripe water to the child if your child is having colic pain or gas issues or anything you should consult your doctor and go ahead with the right kind of medicine for this you can go for colic aid 3 times in a day 0.5 ML otherwise you should consult your doctor if you need to
