Hello Maam , my daughter is 5 years 9 months old , I want to ask that it is really important to add non veg in her diet, I mean non veg items really gives some important nutrition to child.

A. dear Mum non veg foods are a source of protein iron vitamins but if you are a vegetarian then a balanced vegetarian diet which has variety of food groups can help to meet the nutrient requirements
