hello maam my baby girl is 5 years and she is not gaining weight and she is suffering from grade 3 tonsilitis is she needs surgery

Yes that is why your child is not gaining weight as you’re very clearly stated that your child is having a problem of tonsils and such issues like tonsils and also adenoids which are on the higher side can actually often lead to this kind of a problem after surgery you will see a very evident and significant growth
