hello maam i want to ask after pregnancy my weight is upon so.plz suggest me how to be back in my original figure

A. Hi, first thing is exclusively breastfeed until the completion of six months and continue breastfeeding until one year. Breastfeeding is also one of the best method to reduce your weight. After six months of completion start with walking and yoga. Yoga is a best practice to get back into shape, tighten your skin, reduce your tummy post delivery. With this take healthy fibre and calcium rich food. And take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is very important as a breastfeeding mom. Take adequate rest.
