hello maam i am trying to conceive but this time I got negative answer. plz let me tell the correct days of ovalution so it be easy for me. plz help me to conceive. my periods strat from 9th November. 9n in October my date is 8th October. plz let me know the date ovaulation.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. best use ovulation kit. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

The best time frame for conceiving is : after 14 days of your period date
you may use the period tracker on the firstcry application which is very helpful for such info
