hello maam. for 6 month+ baby how many times solid food to be given. nd in what quantity.

A. hello n goodorning try to give mashed cooked form.of food to ur baby like mashed form of potato sweet potato stewed mashed apple pear carrot puree n pumpkin puree start with few spoons of food per day n then increase the quantity to small bowl 2 to 3 times a day
