hello Ma'am my son is always sweating while breastfeeding her weight is 7.5 kg

it is absolutely normal and common for baby to sweat during feeding.
Breastfeeding takes effort thus produces sweat.
also during feeding baby is close to mother's body, which increases the temperature and may result in sweating.
make baby wear comfortable clothes and room temperature should also be comfortable.
