Q.

hello ma'am my daughter will be 2.5 months old soon we r planning to go ladkah in March 23 .so i can take her along with us? as before she visited uttrakhand whn she was 1 yr old .we live in Mumbai.Ladkah is on high altitude ? is it safe with all the precautions?

A. keep all the baby requirements and medication handy like pcm cold medication etc. Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area

A. Ira is a very high altitude which is why it is not mostly allowed to take small kids are older people because there is a level which is very low when it comes to oxygen so I will not advise you to go for it rest is completely oh choice whatever decision you take
