A. It's common for 4-year-old children to be picky eaters and appear lean. If your child is active and reaching milestones, it’s usually not a serious concern. To help improve appetite and nutrition, you can try natural appetite boosters like Chyawanprash (age-appropriate dosage), or Ayurvedic tonics like Zincovit syrup, Aptivate, or Aristozyme, but only after consulting your pediatrician. Focus on giving nutrient-rich meals—ghee-roti, dal, paneer, banana, dry fruits powder in milk, and homemade laddoos. Offer small, frequent meals, and avoid junk food. Encourage eating together as a family to build interest. If the issue continues, consult a pediatrician to rule out deficiencies like iron or zinc.
