ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 6.3 kg is absolutely fine for 4 months old baby. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.

Hello ma’am From the birth weight itself if your child is gaining somewhere around 500 g to 1 KG every month and that is considered a very decent weight gain and if your child double the birth weight by the age of six months or even before then that’s a very healthy weight gain. So it seems like your child has a decent weight as per the age so you do not need to worry about it
