hello ma'am I had my abortion just after my first trimester. then the fetus was removed through normal delivery then D&C was done the I had my periods after one month but after my periods spotting started after 10 days then I have done my ultrasound doen there Dr found that some pieces are left in my uterus.. then I again got my periods on time. so I just wanted to ask, that left over pieces can be removed through medicine or D&C will be done?
