Q.

hello ma'am.... I had a normal delivery 5 months back till that time to present ... I always have back pain... after waking up in the morning my total back pains a lot.... please suggest to me how long this pain will stay... or is there any medication for it.... please.

A. mostly the back pain is due to wrong sitting position while feeding so you should have always a back support while feeding your baby and try to take a pillow so that the baby is near to your breast secondly you should have oil massage daily for about 2 to 3 months which is very beneficial and start syrup dashmularishta two tablespoon with equal quantity of warm water twice daily for one month

A. If you had an epidural in your spine at the time of your normal delivery also and I think that is the reason because normally back pain does not happen been a normal delivery of the delivery was without any kind of a numbing injection secondly you may have not done properly Keagle exercises that also makes a lot of difference so currently I would suggest you to consult your doctor regarding the same
