hello ma'am I am mother of 11 month baby Ma'am I am having lots of hair fall everyday and hairs density bhi kam ho gyi hai

take iron and calcium tablets daily until you breastfeed your child which can be a reason for hair fall
Keep the scalp area clean by washing it every second day and also avoid formation of dandruff.
apply warm coconut oil to the scalp and massage the area which increases the blood circulation.
Make a pack out of castor oil Amla powder and tea decoction apply for the scalp and keep for 2 hours.
Avoid heat treatment over the hair
