hello ma'am I am a mother of 4 and i got operated for isthmocele repair now i am having issues with joint pain and as well as muscle pain is it arthritis and also tell me what to have in diet

A. Mam you should leave the calcium and vitamin D3 supplement and you should definitely check with the nutritionist for a diet plan that you should follow looking at the issues it is better that you go with a Doctor Who has an experience and knowledge about this
