A. its quite difficult to tell anything without examination of the child its better to post your question with attached picture of your child or consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

A. I would recommend you to try to apply coconut oil and glycerine on the affected area for relief apart from that it is advisable to try to apply Aloevera pulp also on the entire body of the child
