Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello good morning !! Generally babies start sitting by 6-8months but few take time 9-10 months due to delay in milestones,over weight. But dont worry every baby is different in achieving milestones differently check about red flags. Give calcium,protein rich foods - Cerelac,idly,ragi,dalia,oats porridge,kichdi ,dal rice,curd rice,yogurt,paneer ,banana,potato,sweet potato,nuts powder,makhana powder in regular diet.
