Hello ma'am 3 months ka baby mother feed pr h uski tounge kitne din ke gap pr clean karni chahiye. Tounge na clean krne se kya baby feeding ni krta kya.

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist1 week agoA. hello dear parent , baby ki tongue kisi bhi cheez se clean nahi karni hai some whiteness on tongue is normal and it does not affect feeding but if spotty white patches on tongue and in mouth then consult doctor
