Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give banana, avocado, pineapple, papaya, mango and pear. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give brown rice and ragi. Give one boiled egg per day. Refrain from offering your breast for comfort. Try and distract your kid and indulge him in some activity that he may enjoy doing. Whenever the hunger pang strikes, try feeding some solid food. Start with gooey, soft and smooth textured food which may be milk based, as it may make the transition process faster and easier.

Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give peanut butter sandwiches and cheese sandwiches. Give plain nuts to eat like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts and raisins. Give lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal.
