Hello ma’am Yes you can definitely give it you can give three tablets three times a day with a gap of six hours till the age of six months and after that you can give six tablets with the same gap and three times in a day. Apart from that if you feed your child is the thing please consult your doctor for a gel that you can apply onto your child’s gums
