Hello..kindly tell me the minimum time gap for pcm to my 11 months baby of weight 10 kg..the medicine is prescribed by doctor and recomended for 3 times a day but my baby getting fever at 3 to 4 am can i give pcm at that time too as i am not able to contact doc...kindly suggest !!!!

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 11 months of age if the baby is having fever you have to give paracetamol to the baby once in every 6 hour leave there is a need
