hello it's my second pregnancy nd I m gaining lot of weight,but my diet mostly includes healthy food.. still in 6 months I have gained 12 kgs which is not normal ,so please guide me how to maintain my weight in pregnancy

A. Hello Try to limit sugar sweets, junk foods, bakery foods, chocolates, excess tea, coffee Include lot of skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts curd, Vegetables salads fruits Dri k plenty of water walk daily for atleast 30 minutes
