Hello it has been 3 months after my c sec I am spotting brown lil bit discharge that only wen I pee have spotted this twice in this month is this sign of starting periods or normal discharge

A. Hai good morning !! Little brown discharge after periods is left over flow as you have bleeded post delivery for 6-8 weeks . Sometimes before ovulation also brown discharge happens its a sign of ovulation.. It is not considered as periods. As its been 3 months since you have delivered use contraception before going to start relation to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
