Q.

Hello..if there is a let down of milk in my dress from both the breasts, does it mean that I have enough milk supply?

A. good morning it has nothing to do with the milk supply as long as the child is not feeling cranky after having milk and his also able to pass sufficient urine throughout the day you don't have to worry
