hello iam 13 month old baby's mother and I concieved next baby but still I am brestfeeding to my baby boy. now my 12th week is going on. before conceiving my body weight was 59 kg and today is same 59 kg .mujhe dar lag raha meri pregnancy ko le kar kya weight gain nahi hone se baby ok hai. please help.
