Hello, I would like to introduce some snack for my daughter while we are travelling , please recommend which baby food should I trust or cookies and porridge .

A. Dear mum, you can give homemade porridge. Avoid giving cookies. Snacks like idli, dhokla, peanut butter bread, sandwiches, peanut chikki, dry fruits laddu, vegetable cutlets, parantha. Avoid packaged foods as much as possible.
