Hello I want to start my diet plan for weight loss and I'm still lactating as my daughter is 9 month old, does my weight loss diet will affect my daughter weight too? Pls advise

See when you do a dieting you restrict yourself from eating a lot of things that could be healthy also for you so obviously if you would do any kind of a dieting it is going to affect your lactation I don’t think so right now it is a very good idea yet if you want to tell her that you are lactating mother let’s see how she suggest you after that
