Q.

hello....i want to loss weight and fat ...as my delivery of twins was 3 months ago ...but my tummy look like a 6 month pregnant ....please give me suggestions to loss weight as soon as possible...and what exercise i can do to loss belly fat specially....

A. ok. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help

A. hello you should be doing walking and exercise which will help reduce your weight and also avoid junk food in the diet and have healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which will help reduce your weight and absolutely nothing to worry not a problem
