Hello dear parent, if you are asking for eating then you can give Khichdi with boiled and mashed green vegetables mixed in it., apple pure, carrot kheer,moong dal, formula milk, suji halwa, Upma, idly, custard wit mashed fruits, banana, mango, papaya, mashed, lentils, buttermilk, soup etc.
