hello, I want to know the diet plan for my baby

A. dear mum, for your 2 years 8 months old baby, give all the foods that are prepared in the house. give five meals, this includes two healthy snacks . give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese. nuts like almonds dry fruits like Raisins, dates. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
