Hello I want to ask that my baby boy is 2 months old and today I saw something on his arm can you tell me what's this ?

A. If it has Puss into eight even one percent then I would just like to tell you as of now that end in case it could be an infection building up so I would recommend you to please consult your doctor this week is going to be very difficult for me to understand what could possibly be the reason behind it
