Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, paneer, cheese, butter and curd. Try increasing their portion sizes at mealtimes - bread, rice, pasta and potatoes. Or instead of giving larger portions, increase the energy density of your kid's meals until they have reached a healthy weight. Give five portions of a variety of fruits and vegetables everyday.
