Hello I really want to know that I am planning for my second child so I tried on my conceiving day that is 5 Feb 2021 and my last period date was 25 jan 2021 and on 26 Feb at night I noticed some spotting which is continuing 27 Feb with lower abdomen cramping. I took a pregnancy test on 25 but it came out to be negative. so is there anything to worry about??

A. no its ok. see if yiu kiss the period then only you get the pregnancy test positive usually. so best is that yiu can try and see a doctor if not success
