Q.
hello I mised my period its been a week .i tried to check with pregnancy conformation strip but its not showing any line .i mean single or double mean.i tried thrice three days everyday morning but result.can u suggest me why its happenging like this

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Maintain hydration Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
