hello I'm the mother of 7 months old baby. can I give meftal p for her? as she is having 102° F temperature. if yes, then what is the dosage?

A. Is it a good medicine to be given to control the fever but I just hope your doctor has recommended to give it to the child and according to the age and weight of the child you can repeat it every six hours
