If you looking for recipes and you can actually look for the First Cry blogs you will find lots of recipes but the food that you to start with is very basic dad I’ll help you with fruits and vegetables porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato also you should go ahead with giving really good amount of dairy products as well to the child
