hello iโ€™m having too much backpain after delivery..itโ€™s been 4 year plz get the solution.. Thank You ๐Ÿ˜Š

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily. maintain a good spine posture to avoid neuralgia
