Hello I'm breastfeeding mother my Lo is 6months old.. yesterday I ate outside food chicken frm midnight i have been getting stomach pain and loose motion is this bacterial infection? Or just stomach upset? Please help me.. which tablet will stop diarrhoea I'm breastfeeding my baby
