Q.
hello I'm a mother of 3 m old baby boy. I am breastfeeding my baby. for the past few days I'm suffering from gas problem. will me having too much gas will affect baby feed. he is spitting my milk also.

avoid having gases producing food.
drink warm water every time. e.

If are having gas issues, then this will not effect ur milk. So no need to worry.
Have ajwain water to get relief from gas.
Spitting up milk is normal due to reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows up
