hello, I'm 7 weeks 2 days pregnant my weight is 84kg . is that good or bad for my baby's health?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mam, you seem to be on the heavier side … so your weight gain should not be much about 6 to 10 kgs … also take care of your diet and have small meals throughout the day.
Also avoid too. Much of sugary and refied foods .
Go for walks .
