hello.. I'm 2months old baby mother.. from day1 my breath milk is very low.. it's coming like a drops.. so i couldn't feed my baby.. to improve milk flow pls tel me what should I do

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. to improve the breast milk everything matters a lot you can try taking shatavari powder to increase the breast milk as well as take good hot fomentation bathing as well as rest is very much important and also take lots of green leafy vegetables in your diet your diet matters a lot if you are a non vegetarian accept egg you can have mutton leg soup everything
