hello i m 24 week pregnant,my afi is 22cm i dont hv diabetes n thyroid,in scan baby is also luking absolutely fine doc told me to rest more on left side n hv less side , plz guide me do i need to worry? is there any complications? as my radiologist said to visit again in next week wat i need to do to lower my Amniotic to
