hello I'm 18 week pregnant and my stomach makes noise like fluid and gas circulating is it is normal or not ?

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. gas issue is common stay well hydrated... small meals take brisk walk ... u cn tk digene syrup after meal twice or thrice as advised...by the doctor take care
