Breakfast : Idli with little ghee or butter, sweet potato + poha powder, beetroot broccoli mushroom soup, sooji upma, apple puree, sattu mix, ragi wheat sheera, stewed apple, boiled egg yolk or home made paneer, mashed papaya, carrot beetroot soup, mashed carrot.
Mid morning : Breast milk or formula milk
Lunch : rice carrot porridge, carrot beetroot soup, idli with little ghee or butter, tomato masoor Dal soup, sweet potato + poha powder, ragi wheat sheera, Dal spinach soup, boiled egg yolk or home made paneer, spinach pumpkin puree, ragi tur Dal puree, mashed sweet potato, wheat sheera, sooji upma, sattu mix, carrot spinach puree, palak khichdi, tomato pumpkin soup, beetroot broccoli mushroom soup.
Evening : Breast milk or formula milk
Dinner: roti dipped in Dal, moong Dal khichdi, millet moong Dal soup, tomato masoor Dal soup, lauki rice porridge, ragi tur Dal puree, spinach pumpkin puree, lentil sweet potato soup, idli with ghee or butter, carrot beetroot soup, cheesy potato.
