Hello, I have very severe neck and back pain since my first delivery it's been 5 years and I'm still facing the problem. Now I feel a little bump near my neck. I consulted many doctors but could not find a proper solution. Should I get a test done to know exact situation.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints
Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
it may be cervical spondylitis
