hello, I have problem with my breast milk, thing is it's not completely nill if I have milk for 3days 4th day i hv very less it's not sufficient for him

A. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. U can also have raw papaya in ur diet, drink plenty of water to improve lactation. take care and all the best
